Model Mayhem

To make great pictures the model has to have an interest in art and photography. As a photographer, my camera and equipment are my tools together with a large dose of inspiration, apart from my technical attributes.

As a model your body is your equipment and if you do not use it 100% together with your mind, then you are wasting every ones time and money. If you are just starting out, seriously invest in yourself to the level you want to get to. I offer very limited TFP and when I do so I expect that you have had you make up and hair done as well. The inequity in such a free exchange is such that one is always receiving far more then giving when it comes to any model / photographer relationship. I have found we only appreciate that which we pay for and consequently believe that to be true due to my past experiences.

Model's tests for agencies depend on who is asking. When an agency calls to shoot their girls, they pay. If on the other hand in certain case's a photographer requires a model to shoot it is non-paid unless there is a paying client involved. If you are not in an agency you have to be persistent, you have to know that what you have to bring will make your pictures standout.

Nudity is not a requirement to shoot with me but rather a plus if my creativity for an image sways towards that and for that reason I respect all those that I work with because I understand the sacrifices one must make to achieve success in any endeavor.

Currently, I enjoy photographing the Alternative and Fetish genres because the wardrobe is unique, and so is every Woman that I photograph. I want to portray subtle sensuality and the feminine mystique. My favorite wardrobe is Latex and I never pass on an opportunity to photograph it. It defines the Woman's shape, her curves and her muscle tone. It's sexy but without nudity and it leaves something to the imagination.

The design and presentation of your book is of the highest importance for you to have any chance of getting that all important look in at an agency. These issues I am willing to discuss with you together with any other matters that you will need to know about when embarking on this path.

Makeup and Hair Stylist are an additional cost so please ask before hand.

Finally all models will be required to sign a Model Release Form prior to the session and will require proof of age where appropriate.

FAQ.

What is Hi Res & TFP?

Edited high resolution jpeg files of the images on CD for your use. These can give you anywhere around A3 size photo quality prints. TFP means 'Time for Photos'..you give your time freely, I give you the photos for free.

What photos are selected?

All the photos of the session are edited by me and then the ones that contribute to the end results that we are working towards are selected. Bare in mind that a portfolio is a work in progress, one which needs constant up keep when you get started. Nevertheless, as human nature has it, those shots which for what ever reason are not acceptable are deleted.

Do you have an Online Gallery to view my Photos?

Yes, all the edited images are viewable in your own password protected gallery which can only be accessed by you and those you wish. Once you sign in you can use the Light Box facility to select the shots you want added to the CD. These of course will be discussed with me.

Escorts & Locations

We live in an area where we are blessed with the amount of sunny days we get yearly. In most out door shoots, my assistants will be present in most cases, if not the MUA. Therefore escorts if you feel the need to have one, will need to be 'out of sight'...no exceptions. For in door shoots, they can wait outside. If you feel I may be a physcopath...bringing an escort will only give me 2 victims instead of 1.

Payment & Terms

A 50% dposit is required to reserve the date. The 50% blance is payable upon delivery of the cd or album which ever is the case.
